Shish Tawook Chicken Kabobs is a popular Middle Eastern skewered chicken dish. Perfectly tender and juicy chicken marinated in earthy spices, yoghurt, lemon juice, and garlic. That’s exactly what my shish tawook recipe delivers. While the recipe is Middle Eastern in origin, you’d be surprised at how simple the ingredients are.
These chicken kabobs can be enjoyed with rice, French fries, and pita bread. Toss some hummus in a plate and some veggies and you got yourself a full dish! Me personally I love having some Shish Tawook chicken kabobs with some fried rice on the side.
